When submitting a photo to be used for printing on our Photo Greeting Cards, please make sure that a high resolution, unaltered photo is sent.  Our photo card sizes are 5x7 inches at 300 dpi (dots per inch), so the image resolution provided to us should be a minimum of 2100x1500 pixels.  Please refer to the below guide to find out the resolution of a photo.

On a Mac

If you have a two-button mouse,  right-click on the image that you would like to use.  If you do not have a two button mouse, you can push the "control" button on the keyboard then click the image.  A menu box will appear.  Scroll to "Get info", then click.

Another window will open.  Under "More Info", the first field should be labeled "Dimensions".  This is where the image resolution/dpi will appear.

If the dimensions are not at least 2100x1500 (or 1500x2100), please contact us for further instructions.

On a PC

Right-click on the image that you would like to use then the menu block will appear. Scroll to "Open with"  then select "Paint".

Once open in paint, click on the "File" menu bar, then select "Properties".  A window will open showing the image's pixel dimension.

If the dimensions are not at least 2100x1500 (or 1500x2100), please contact us for further instructions.
